Nola Blu Boutique will be shipping your beautiful gown via USPS Priority Mail. Cost per shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 per order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within three (3) days of receiving your order for a refund, less return shipping costs. Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted past the customer's state wear date. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Products ordered and then refused by a customer will be charged an automatic 30% restocking fee.

Once you have placed your order you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is not able to be delivered prior to your wear date.
To obtain a return authorization, email Nola Blu at: info@nolabluboutique.com or call us direct at: 856-355-1501 within three days of delivery to make your return. You will be issued an authorization number. All returns must be postmarked within three 3) days of your receipt date and prior to your stated wear date.

Returned goods must be in original condition! We inspect 100% of all items we ship out to insure there are no damages. All returns will be inspected upon receiving. Items must not have been worn, wasted, altered and must have all original tags attached and be in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, makeup stains, odors (cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
